So very awkward
For my money, the best part of this is Groucho's daughter performing a song she wrote. The song itself is alright, and she's a pretty good singer, but there's fear and confusion in her eyes when she has to do the weird dance moves that go with it. Worth watching for that alone (and the gentle ribbing Groucho gives her afterwards on it).

Last appearance of Margaret Dumont
The program was likely recorded several weeks/months earlier, so it's entirely possible she could have appear posthumously.

Last appearance of Margaret Dumont
Not only is this an interesting Groucho performance..this is Margaret Dumonts' last appearance. She died in march of 1965. The date given for this clip is April of 65 but that must not be correct. She was in her 80's. This is a must see for anybody interested in Marx history!
